We’re Fast, But Not Flash

We know you want your acrylic clips and notebooks yesterday. Unfortunately, we’re not time‑travelers (yet). Here’s the real deal:

Processing time:

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (unless it’s a holiday, then we’re probably eating pie).

• If you order on a weekend, we’ll start packing on Monday — we deserve a break too.

Shipping methods & delivery:

• Standard USPS / UPS Ground: 3–7 business days after processing. Affordable and reliable.

• Expedited (USPS Priority / UPS 2‑Day): 2–3 business days — for when you absolutely cannot wait to stamp something.

• We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii — we love you guys, but shipping might cost a bit more).

Shipping costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance. We don’t mark up shipping — we’re not monsters.

• Free shipping on orders over [$50 / $75] — because we like to reward your stationery addiction.

Tracking:

• You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our hands. Stalk the courier’s website to your heart’s content — we won’t judge.

Lost or delayed packages:

• Once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our control (we wish we had telekinesis). But if it’s been really long (over 10 business days), email us and we’ll chase it down like a detective in a noir film.

• If a package is marked “delivered” but you don’t see it, check with neighbors and porch pirates — we can’t replace stolen items, but we’ll help you file a claim.

International shipping:
Not currently available — we’re focusing on US customers so we can keep shipping costs sane and our sanity intact.

Final note:
We pack every order with love, bubble wrap, and a sprinkle of glitter (okay, maybe not glitter — we hate cleaning it up). If your package arrives looking like it fought a bear, take photos and contact us — we’ll make it right.
